BRATISLAVA - At the age of 88 years passed away on Sunday in the early hours Slovak director, actor, dancer and choreographer Martin Ťapák, which he made places like Pacho, the Brigand highwayman (1975) and Sváko Ragan (1976).
Martin Ťapák was born October 13, 1926 in Liesek. He graduated from the conservatory and the study director and choreography at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, which ended in 1956.
In the years 1945-1950 was an actor and assistant director of the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava.
After acting in films Vlcie early hole, Action B, homeland, Kate and others focused on the choreography and overhead activities in the Slovak Folk Art Ensemble. For three years he worked in the Czech capital Prague as director of Laterna Magica, then the study director of feature films in central Bratislava and Slovak film director.
