September 19, 1940 - September 5, 2016 Kenny "Bob" Davis, comedian, musician, actor, died after two days on the road, four standing ovations and only one trip to Urgent Care. These are the kind of stats Kenny considered a huge win. He made it home, and it was there he died with his boots (and his Rolex) on. After the Navy, he performed for SRO loyal fans at Jason's, Beef and Barrel, The Palomino Club, The Railhead (Dallas), then headlined lounges doing the funny at the Improv in Vegas, Chinook Winds and comedy theatres all over America. A constant advocate for special-needs kids, AA and Veterans, Kenny joyfully spent the bulk of his time being of service. Labor Day 2016. Kenny Davis got the light. The gig was done. Or was it? Kenny's encore: He was a DONOR! He is survived by his son Michael; grandson Christopher (Kirstie); sister Pam; former wives, Patti Phoenix and Deborah Dean Davis; nieces and nephews; and his beloved AA family. Memorial TBA.
