Eduardo Gomez, dies, the actor known for his role as Marian Delgado in ‘Aquí No Hay Quien Viva y La Que Se Avecina’
The director of the television series has confirmed the death of the actor at 68 years of age.

Eduardo Gómez, famous for his role as Mariano Delgado in the television series Here there is no one who lives and who is coming , has died at 68 years of age.The interpreter suffered from throat cancer , as confirmed by sources around Europe Press, a disease that worsened over the months.His relatives and closest friends will fire him this Sunday in a Madrid funeral home.
The news was confirmed this morning by the creator and director of both series, Alberto Caballero."We are gone this wonderful being, metrosexual, thinker and cold mind. Good trip, Edu, and thanks for so many years of laughter and good vibes . You are comedy story. Goodbye, lion," Caballero wrote in his account from Twitter.
Gómez began his career in the 90s with small roles in television series and as a figurative in film films, works that he combined as a salesman, waiter or dependent , until his role in the Here series there is no one who alive gave him the final boost to his career.
In the series that catapulted him to fame he played the role of Mariano Delgado, father of the doorman of a neighboring estate, played by Fernando Tejero , who complicated his life with his tricks.

His character became very popular and earned him recognition in 2005 with the Actors Union Award for Best Secondary Actor in Television.

Gómez was born in Madrid in 1951 , and began his acting career in the 90s, after accompanying a friend to the recording of the series ¡Ay, Señor, Señor!, in which he ended up doing a small intervention.
His career has been developed mainly on television, where he achieved fame among the general public for playing Mariano Delgado , father of Emilio (Fernando Tejero), in Here there is no one who lives , broadcast by Antena 3 between 2003 and 2006. With this role He won the Actors Union Award in 2005 for Best Secondary Television Actor.
Subsequently he participated in the series La looming and in 2015 he joined the Gym Tony series.
He also had small roles in some films such as The Great Adventure of Mortadelo and Filemón , Torrente 3: The Protector and 800 bullets.
