The actress Lady Francisco died on Saturday, the 25th, at the age of 84, in Rio de Janeiro. She was hospitalized at the Unimed-Rio hospital in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio. The artist was hospitalized in late April after breaking her femur during a walk with her two dogs. Lady Francisco had to undergo surgery, but she had complications after surgery, needing to be intubated and underwent a tracheostomy.
"Hospital Unimed-Rio reports with regret the death of Leyde Cauquer Francisco, at 13:10 this Saturday, due to multiple organ failure due to enteromesenteric ischemia (acute vascular disorder of the intestines)," said the hospital's statement.
The last work of the actress on TV was in "Malhação: Vidas brasileiras" in which she played the millionaire Lorraine.
