Obituary for James Douglas
Bethlehem- James Douglas, 86, beloved actor, returned to the Father’s loving embrace on March 5, 2016, and we celebrate his new life with Christ.
He joins his beautiful wife, Dawn Douglas, and will be forever adored by his children, Kimberly, Taryn, and Cort; his grandchildren, Marie, Suzanne, Peter, Nicholas (with our Lord), Julia, Michael, and Mariah; eight great-grandchildren; the Abbey of Regina Laudis; the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist; and so many dear friends and colleagues.
A wake in his honor will be held on Thursday, March 17th, from 4 to 8 p.m., and on Friday, March 18th, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Abbey Church, Abbey of Regina Laudis, 15 Robert Leather Road in Bethlehem, CT, followed by a funeral Mass on Friday, March 18th, at 10 a.m. Burial services will follow. The family has expressed a preference for yellow roses for anyone who would like to send flowers.
